GROW / Business process automation

Automate the processes that take up your working day.

Connect your business applications with n8n and API integrations. Bring data transfers, notifications and repetitive steps into workflows with clear rules, checks and responsibilities.

Projects from €100 · Indicative hourly rate from €40/hour · Estimate after assessment

Where does day-to-day work get stuck?

Repetitive processes consume attention and often depend on manual handoffs. Identify steps that can be connected and cases that need human decisions.

The same operations every day

Copying data, preparing documents and repetitive messages take time away from other work.

Manual handoffs between applications

Information moves between systems through files, email or repeated data entry.

Rushed checks

Manual steps and unclear rules make missing or duplicated information harder to spot.

Data spread across different places

Teams work with different versions and may not know which source is authoritative.

Enquiries without a next step

A form submission or message can be left without assignment, notification or follow-up.

Limited visibility into the process

It can be difficult to see where a process stopped and who needs to act.

Connected applications, visible rules and fewer manual steps.

Map the process with your team and build suitable workflows. Define each step, data checks and the people responsible when exceptions occur.

  • n8n workflows built around your business rules.
  • Data transfers between websites, CRM, email, spreadsheets and invoicing.
  • Notifications through available, agreed channels.
  • Process enquiries, orders and documents with defined checks.
  • API integrations and custom components after feasibility checks.
  • Exception handling, documentation and monitoring within agreed scope.

Documented steps

Each workflow starts from an event and follows the logic agreed for your process.

Examples of processes we can connect.

These are possible use cases to assess against the applications, access and data available in your business.

Form → CRM → notification

Enquiry data can be validated, recorded in the CRM and assigned to the appropriate team.

Order → invoicing → delivery

Connect available store, invoicing and delivery steps with checks along the way.

Data sources → report

Bring agreed data together and prepare a report on the chosen schedule.

Event → notification

A stock threshold, payment or status change can trigger a relevant notification.

Booking → confirmation → reminder

Organise confirmations and reminders around available data and agreed rules.

Message → classification → review

AI can support classification and summaries with review criteria and human intervention where needed.

Start with the process you want to simplify.

A focused workflow or a process spanning several teams. Define applications, rules and acceptance criteria before confirming the estimate.

First workflow

Simple workflow

For one focused, clearly defined operation.

from 100 € / project

1 workflow · 2–3 applications

What we build together

  • 1 scoped automated workflow
  • Connect 2–3 feasible applications
  • Configuration and testing
  • Operating instructions
  • Delivery support: 30 days
Multiple workflows

Complex automation

For connected workflows and advanced requirements.

from 500 € / project

Workflows and custom integrations

What we build together

  • Multiple connected workflows
  • Agreed custom integrations
  • AI components where suitable
  • Sync within system constraints
  • Agreed logging and reporting
  • Extended support scoped in the proposal
Extended scope

Department process

For coordinating several workflows across a team.

from 800 € / project

End-to-end process, agreed scope

What we build together

  • Department process assessment
  • Phased implementation plan
  • Workflows and integrations scoped in the proposal
  • Shared acceptance criteria
  • Documentation and team handover
  • Operation and support agreed separately

Prices are starting points for projects with defined scope. Hourly pricing starts at €40/hour when that model is agreed. Workflow maintenance is quoted separately from €50/month. Infrastructure, licences, external services and VAT treatment are confirmed in the proposal.

From a repetitive task to a tested workflow

A project with assessment, acceptance criteria and an agreed launch plan.

  1. 01

    Assess the process

Identify steps, applications, volumes and exceptions, then decide what is worth automating.

  2. 02

    Design the workflow

Define triggers, data, conditions and acceptance criteria, then confirm the proposal.

  3. 03

    Build and test

Implement integrations and test agreed scenarios, including errors and operation recovery.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

Validate results with your team, deliver instructions and agree operation and maintenance.

Build for your process and document for your team.

Choose suitable connectors and components after assessment. A useful workflow has verified logic, operating instructions and a clear way to handle changes.

Feasibility before implementation

Check API access, service limits and the data needed for the process.

Visible rules and exceptions

Document conditions, validation steps and how unexpected situations are handled.

Handover and evolution

Your team receives operating instructions and a process for requesting changes.

How much does process automation cost?

Simple workflows start at €100, medium automation at €250, complex automation at €500 and department processes at €800. An estimate is confirmed after assessment. Hourly work starts at €40/hour. The pricing model is agreed before work, with optional maintenance quoted separately from €50/month.

What role does n8n play?

n8n is a tool for building workflows between applications, events and rules. We use it when it fits project requirements. Connector availability, infrastructure and licensing are checked during assessment.

Which applications can you connect?

We assess websites, stores, CRMs, email, spreadsheets, invoicing and other team tools. Feasibility depends on APIs, connectors, permissions and provider limits. Integrations and external costs are confirmed before quoting.

Where do workflows run and what does maintenance include?

We agree suitable hosting, access and operational responsibilities. Workflow maintenance can include monitoring, updates and scoped interventions from €50/month. Infrastructure and licences are clarified separately from implementation.

How do we estimate time savings?

Start with task duration, frequency and case volume. Compare the current and proposed process, including review and exception handling time. Benefits are assessed using your process data rather than a universal saving or payback promise.

How do you handle existing workflows or reusable components?

Assess existing work and reuse suitable components when they can be verified. Adapt rules and test your project scenarios. Delivery includes agreed documentation, with later changes planned according to scope.
